We make it clear on every possible occasion how important it is to present the right attitude towards our clients (proper e-mails, phone contacts etc.)Most of our accounting clients require reports, which are subject to several questions by the client, so the quality is checked directly by the client. Some of our clients are also subject to statutory audits, which ensures that independent auditors including (big4) check our work.
